- Ensuring subcontracts, Purchase Orders (POs) and change orders are reviewed and accurate.
- Performing all required engineering duties and responsibilities, including Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC).
- Driving enforcement of safety protocols by the project staff.
- Working with Accounting Department to initiate the Pay Application process and following up to ensure payment is received in a timely manner.
- Keeping Management informed on project progress, risk and budget through regularly scheduled Operations Review Meetings.
- Managing closeout process such as closeout records, warranties, As-Builts, Operations and Maintenance manuals (O&Ms), attic stock, spare parts, and evaluate information to ensure compliance with contract documents.
- Utilizing leading-edge technologies such as Building Information Modeling (BIM) and lean practices.
- Promoting involvement in the community to help build strategic relationships.
- Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.
